Who We Work With

We have supported a number of Contractors in the past seven years with project measurement and estimating, Construction Act audits, valuation reviews, assessments and recommendations and key subcontract package procurement. An example of some specialist advice provided, has been to create a suite of NEC 3 standard letters for utilisation by the Project Manager, at the appropriate time, thus protecting the companies position in the absence of any Quantity Surveying resource.

We have supported a number of Subcontractors in the past seven years with measurement, estimating, contract negotiation and validation, valuation and variation administration, contractual administration, dispute resolution and negotiation.

We have supported a number of Consultants over the past seven years with measurement, cost planning, project commercial administration, and contractual advice to the Project Manager as well as claims evaluation and negotiation, final accounting and cost reporting.

Nigel worked for me on the Library Refurbishment scheme at the University of Reading as Quantity Surveyor from June 2018 to May 2020, helping to deliver the multi-phased refurbishment of an occupied library on a design and build contract. Nigel’s quantity surveying input was greatly appreciated, being timely in managing the change control process and interim valuations, and informative in managing the overall scheme forecast cost, and indicating opportunities to manage cost and risk in different ways. Nigel, was an excellent member of the Consultant team and I would happily work with him again.
